Weekend slots (Fri – Sat) typically fill by Wednesday. Weekday slots are usually easier. If you're planning around a trip or event, booking 2–3 weeks out is safe.
A microfiber towel once a week on the dash and a quick vacuum every couple weeks is all it takes. Avoid eating in the car the first few days since the protectant needs time to cure. After that, you're good.
